Your tickets

The price and what is included are shown on the event page before you pay. Each ticket is for one named attendee at that event. The contact email provided covers all tickets in the booking. Joining the mailing list does not reserve a ticket.

Booking confirmation

Places are confirmed only when payment succeeds. An incomplete checkout temporarily reserves places but is not a confirmed booking. We will send a confirmation email with your booking reference. Contact us if you need to correct an attendee’s name or dietary details.

Dietary requirements

Tell us about food requirements when booking and make sure you have the attendee’s permission. Please contact us directly about severe allergies so we can discuss arrangements with the venue. Do not assume the venue can cater for a requirement until it has been confirmed.

Cancellations and refunds

The cancellation and refund policy for each event is displayed on its booking form before payment. Ticket sales will not open until that policy is added.

Venue search service

The optional venue search in the private admin area uses Google Maps Platform. Use of that service is subject to the Google Maps Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. A venue listing does not confirm availability, suitability or a hosting agreement.
